These Terms & Conditions constitute the binding legal agreement between you and jetbuz. By creating an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you accept these terms in their entirety. Please read them carefully before using any jetbuz service.
The foundational rules that govern every account and transaction on the jetbuz platform
Access to jetbuz is strictly limited to individuals aged 21 years and above. Registration with false age information constitutes a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance derived from prohibited play.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on jetbuz. Duplicate accounts, accounts registered with falsified identity information, or accounts created to circumvent a self-exclusion order are prohibited and subject to immediate termination without notice.
All jetbuz accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and standard bank transfer are processed in PKR. jetbuz bears no responsibility for losses arising from currency conversion performed by third-party payment processors outside the platform.
All jetbuz bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods published at the time of the offer. Abuse of promotional structures — including multi-accounting to claim bonuses multiple times — results in disqualification and account review.
Fraudulent activity, collusion, exploitation of software errors, money laundering, and any attempt to manipulate game outcomes are strictly prohibited on jetbuz. The platform employs active fraud monitoring, and confirmed violations are reported to the relevant regulatory authorities.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between jetbuz ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses any service offered by jetbuz through the website jetbuz.vu or any associated platform.
By completing the registration process and activating a jetbuz account, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to comply with them without reservation. Your continued use of the jetbuz platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as updated from time to time.
These Terms apply to all jetbuz services including but not limited to: casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, specialty games, promotional offers, and all payment processing activities conducted through the platform.
To register and maintain an active account on jetbuz, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
jetbuz reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension. All withdrawals are subject to successful KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing.
Each player may hold only one registered jetbuz account. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jetbuz will close all accounts except the original and may withhold any bonuses or winnings derived from play conducted on the duplicate account. Players found to have created accounts under false identities will have all accounts terminated immediately with all balances forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jetbuz login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
jetbuz will never contact you by telephone, email, or any other channel to request your password or two-factor authentication code. Any communication purporting to be from jetbuz that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
Any activity conducted through your jetbuz account while you are logged in will be treated as authorised by you, regardless of whether you personally conducted that activity. jetbuz accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.
You must notify jetbuz support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Upon notification, jetbuz will suspend account activity pending investigation. During this suspension period, no withdrawals will be processed until the investigation is concluded.
All financial transactions on jetbuz are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Omni, Meezan Bank Online, and standard Pakistani bank transfer.
Deposits: Deposits are credited to your jetbuz account following confirmation from the payment processor. Typical processing times are: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — near-instant upon confirmation; bank transfer — one to three business days depending on the originating bank. jetbuz accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement. All withdrawals require successful KYC identity verification. Withdrawals will not be processed where the account has an outstanding bonus wagering requirement that has not been satisfied.
Minimum and maximum transaction amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and are subject to change at jetbuz's discretion. Players will be notified of any changes to transaction limits prior to those changes taking effect.
jetbuz does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. You may only fund your jetbuz account from a payment method registered in your own name and matching your verified identity. Any deposit received from an unverified third-party source will be returned and the associated account reviewed.
jetbuz offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and sports betting credits. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered, which form part of these Terms by reference.
General bonus conditions applicable to all jetbuz promotions unless otherwise stated:
jetbuz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, including where the promotion is being systematically exploited or where a technical error has resulted in incorrect bonus values being credited. In such cases, jetbuz will provide reasonable notice where practical.
All sports betting markets — including PSL cricket, international cricket, football, UFC, and kabaddi — are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type, which are published in the jetbuz sportsbook help section. In the event of a conflict between sport-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.
Bet settlement: Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as determined by the applicable governing body. jetbuz reserves the right to delay settlement where a result is subject to official review, protest, or appeal.
Void bets: A bet may be declared void by jetbuz where: the event is abandoned or postponed beyond the period specified in the relevant sport's rules; the market was opened or priced in error; the event or market was offered in circumstances that constitute a material information asymmetry exploited by a player; or any other circumstance recognised under standard international sportsbook practice. Void bets are returned to the player's jetbuz account balance at the staked amount.
Maximum winnings: Winnings per single event or accumulator may be subject to maximum payout limits as published in the applicable sport rules. jetbuz will not be required to pay winnings exceeding published maximum payout limits regardless of the odds accepted at the time the bet was placed.
Casino games: All casino games on jetbuz use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently verified by accredited testing laboratories. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available in the game information panel. By placing a bet in any casino game, you accept that the outcome is determined by a certified random process and that past results have no influence on future outcomes.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jetbuz and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination, forfeiture of account balance, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
jetbuz employs active monitoring for all forms of prohibited conduct. Where suspicious activity is detected, jetbuz reserves the right to suspend account activity, place withdrawals on hold, and conduct a detailed investigation before taking further action. Players under investigation will be notified within a reasonable time frame.
All content on the jetbuz platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and proprietary data — is owned by or licensed to jetbuz and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. The jetbuz name, logo, and branding elements are registered trademarks and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written authorisation.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jetbuz platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, resale, redistribution, or reverse engineering of any jetbuz software or proprietary system.
jetbuz collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at jetbuz.vu/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in that policy.
jetbuz will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Personal data is shared with third parties only where required to fulfil your service requests (e.g., payment processing), where required by law or regulatory obligation, or where necessary to prevent fraud or money laundering.
You have the right to request a copy of the personal data held by jetbuz about you, to request corrections to inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data subject to jetbuz's regulatory retention obligations. All such requests should be directed to the jetbuz support team via live chat or email.

jetbuz reserves the right to enforce responsible gaming measures on any account where behaviour consistent with problem gambling is identified, including unsolicited imposition of deposit limits or temporary account suspension pending welfare contact.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jetbuz's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from or related to the use of the jetbuz platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim.
jetbuz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of the jetbuz platform, even where jetbuz has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
jetbuz does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. jetbuz shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions in service where those interruptions are beyond jetbuz's reasonable control. In cases where a game is interrupted due to a technical fault during an active bet, jetbuz will make reasonable efforts to settle the bet fairly based on available game state data at the time of the interruption.
jetbuz reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material in nature, jetbuz will provide players with at least 14 days' advance notice via the registered account email address or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the amendments taking effect. Continued use of the jetbuz platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Where a player does not agree to amended Terms, they must cease using the jetbuz platform and may request account closure in accordance with the account management procedures described in these Terms. Players who close their accounts due to disagreement with amended Terms will have their balance processed in accordance with the withdrawal procedures in force at the time of closure.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under jetbuz's operating licence jurisdiction. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal process described below.
Internal dispute resolution: Before initiating any formal legal action, players must first submit a written complaint to jetbuz via the live chat or email support channel. jetbuz will acknowledge receipt of all formal complaints within five business days and provide a substantive response within 28 calendar days of receipt. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal process, either party may refer the matter to arbitration or the relevant regulatory body in accordance with jetbuz's licence conditions.
Players in Pakistan may also seek assistance from their relevant consumer protection authorities where the dispute relates to payment processing failures or deceptive practices, without prejudice to the dispute resolution process described above.
